Paulo and Marluce Migoti started almost unintentionally with their plantation. They used to live abroad and decided to invest in Brazil. When they acquired a small property, they started to work with ca le. There were fewer coffee plants there already, which motivated them to keep and take care of them. As the years went by, they learned more about coffee cultivation and started to like this activity. For this reason, they joined the APROD association in Divinolândia. With this partnership, they began to improve their skills regarding coffee plantation and how to work with quality. They also own another small farm where they work with dairy ca le which helps to cover expenses. Paulo and Marluce Migoti don't have off spring or relatives working in the properties, so they have an employee helping them out who is extremely important to their good work's development and during the harvesting season they hire more workers. The crop is 100% manual and they pick the cherries in the best maturation stage. Paulo and Marluce Migoti don't use any kind of dryer machine; all the drying process is done in the patios and they personally make it, in an a empt to have uniform beans as result.
