1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using www.huntcoffee.com, creating an account, purchasing products, or enrolling in a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, you may not use the website or services.
HuntVault Coffee Co, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Privacy, Security & Disclosure

The Company reserves the right to modify its Privacy Policy at its reasonable discretion.
3. Payment Methods
We accept U.S.-issued credit and debit cards, including:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express
- Discover
When placing an order, you must provide:
- Billing ZIP code
- Card number and expiration date
- CVV security code
4. Subscription & Cancellation Policy
HuntVault Coffee Co, LLC offers auto-renewing coffee subscriptions with delivery options including weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
Subscription Billing
- Subscriptions are billed automatically on the renewal date shown at checkout.
- Prices, products, or shipping rates may change from time to time. Any changes apply prospectively and will not affect prior billings.
- If a payment attempt fails, the Company may retry billing, pause, or cancel the subscription.
Subscription Management
Customers may:
- Cancel subscriptions at any time
- Upgrade or downgrade frequency or quantity
- Switch between eligible coffee products
Changes must be made before the next renewal date to apply to the upcoming shipment.
Cancellation Policy
If a subscription is canceled after renewal has processed, the current shipment will still be fulfilled and is non-refundable. No further charges will occur after fulfillment of the final processed order.

5. Shipping Policies
We currently ship within the continental United States (48 contiguous states).
- Shipping rates are displayed at checkout
- Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional shipping fees
Orders ship via USPS or FedEx. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Failure to do so may result in shipment delays or forfeiture.
Signature confirmation may be required for certain shipments.
6. Delivery Confirmation
Carrier delivery confirmation constitutes sufficient proof of delivery, regardless of whether a signature is obtained.
7. Returns, Refunds & Damaged Goods
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within five (5) business days of delivery. Resolution may include replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Consumable Product Policy
Due to the perishable nature of coffee:
- All sales are final once shipped
- We do not offer refunds for taste preference, grind selection errors, delayed carrier delivery, or environmental exposure after delivery
Exceptions may be made at the Company’s sole discretion.
8. Pricing, Taxes & Errors
All prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address.
The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order resulting from pricing errors, product availability issues, or suspected fraud.
9. Chargeback Policy
A chargeback refers to a reversal of a credit or debit card charge placed on www.huntcoffee.com.
Customers agree to first contact support@huntcoffee.com for resolution. Unnecessary or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination, re-billing, or collection actions.
The Company may recover the chargeback amount plus a $50 administrative fee through lawful means.
10. Third-Party Interactions
Any interactions with third-party vendors or services accessed through our website are solely between you and the third party. The Company is not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.
11. Intellectual Property & Site Use
All website content, branding, logos, images, text, and materials are owned by or licensed to HuntVault Coffee Co, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or exploit any content without prior written consent.
User-generated content (reviews, comments, photos) grants the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for marketing and promotional purposes.
12. Product, Health & Allergen Disclaimers
Coffee contains caffeine. Consumption may not be suitable for individuals sensitive to caffeine, pregnant or nursing individuals, or those with medical conditions. Consult a healthcare provider if necessary.
Products may be processed in facilities that handle common allergens, including nuts.
The Company makes no claims regarding health benefits.
13. Product Disclaimer & Warranty Limitation
ALL PRODUCTS AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
14. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER IN THE ONE (1) MONTH PERIOD PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
15. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, carrier disruptions, labor disputes, or governmental actions.
16. Notice
Notice may be provided via website posting, email, or mail. Notice is deemed received within 48 hours of email delivery or 120 hours of mailing.

17. Governing Law & Venue
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Tennessee.

“Company” means HuntVault Coffee Co, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Tennessee, with a business address at:

19. Mobile Terms of Service
By opting into SMS/text messaging from HuntVault Coffee Co, LLC, you consent to receive recurring automated or non-automated text messages to the mobile number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your consent is not a condition of purchase.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and no further promotional texts will be sent unless you opt in again.

We are not responsible for delays or failures in SMS delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
If your phone number changes, it is your responsibility to update your account to ensure continued receipt—or cessation—of messages.
